• A dedicated account executive: who is available to review your current plan, provide updates on market and pricing information, and discuss long-term strategy planning. 
• Our intuitive customer portal: where you can access all of your account information, run reports, and complete a variety of self-serve functions, like downloading invoices/paying bills (if you’re billed by us).
• Specialized support from our experienced in-house customer care team: who are here to answer your questions, solve any problems you may encounter, and assist you in completing a variety of account activities. 
• An entire back-office team of operations and energy market experts: who will liaise with your account executive and care team to provide expertise and the additional details to answer your questions, address your concerns, and assist with your decision-making.

NRG Business is one of the largest retail energy suppliers in North America, serving more than 600K business sites with more than 97 TWh of power and 1,767 MMDth of natural gas. In 2021, Direct Energy Business became a part of NRG Energy, Inc. Since then, the Direct Energy Business Marketing, LLC natural gas business transitioned to NRG Business Marketing LLC (in 2023) and natural gas customers are now served under the NRG brand. Electricity customers are served under the Direct Energy Business, LLC legal entity and the Direct Energy Business and NRG brands, depending on product and region.
