Power Values: Employee Spotlight

A monthly feature of employees who best exhibit our power values.

Here at NRG, we bring the power of energy to people and organizations. Our energy serves many customers including those who wear an NRG badge every day. As our power values are our driving force, our employees aim to empower these values every day.

Each month, we recognize an employee from our team who regularly demonstrates our power values. See how our employees are consistently demonstrating Safety and Well-Being, Customer-Focus, Collaboration, Accountability, and Inclusion and Diversity throughout their roles here at NRG.

Grace believes that there’s nothing more powerful than unity amidst diversity, as it is an incubator for growth and success. Notably, Grace’s efforts drove significant results in customer retention for 2018, and she is already leading customer win back and retention records for 2019.
