Bold Values for a Better Customer Experience

Celebrating the 2025 NRG CX Awards

During Customer Experience (CX) Week, it’s an honor to highlight the exceptional ways our employees bring NRG’s values to life for our customers every day. While the energy industry is evolving rapidly around us, our teams are committed to understanding our customers’ changing needs and expectations, embracing technologies that used to seem impossible in order to improve the customer experience, and building trust and loyalty through accountability and customized support.

On October 9, we hosted our 7th annual CX Awards, where we took the opportunity to highlight and thank all the extraordinary employees who went above and beyond this year to hold these values as their guide, and keep our customers at the heart of everything they do.
