If you made a request to opt-out, your request has been logged. If necessary, a representative will contact you to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
If you made a request to know or delete, we will contact you by phone to verify your identity and authorization to make this request. If we are unable to reach you, we will not be able to fulfill the request. You will receive an update via email within 45 days. If verified, we will search our systems for relevant information and provide an update within 45 days.
