Lyesha currently leads a team responsible for facilitating. As a dedicated NRG team member for more than eight years, Lyesha currently leads a team of personnel responsible for facilitating customer enrollments, providing client and broker issue resolution, disbursing broker commissions, and driving outstanding customer experiences.

Throughout her time in the energy industry, Lyesha has gained valuable experience across the energy supply chain. She started her career as a Pricing Analyst at Hess Corporation, and since then, has held positions in Internal Audit, Supply Trading, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Client Services. Prior to NRG, Lyesha was Director of Marketing Strategy at Direct Energy.

Lyesha holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Rutgers University and Master of Business Administration in Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Management from New York University.
