Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, NRG Energy, Inc.

Bill is responsible for covering ERCOT market design issues for the retail and wholesale markets, providing market analysis, commercial advice, and regulatory advocacy. Bill represents NRG at ERCOT and the PUCT and has over 20 years of experience in the U.S. power industry.

Bill earned a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Dayton.
