Lubbock puts the freedom to choose directly in the hands of energy customers

In 2022, Lubbock City Council Members unanimously voted to move to a competitive energy market model. This means, starting in January of 2024¹, Lubbock electric consumers will now have the freedom to choose their retail electricity provider.
