* The earning potential for RED can vary based on a variety of factors, including the program you’re enrolled in, the number of events called and that you participate in, the committed MW reduction, and the achieved MW reduction per event. The number of events called by NRG can vary throughout the year. The earnings estimate is based on 100% participation in all events called during a season (i.e. summer or winter) with a minimum 1 MW curtailment commitment but does not include certain program credits NRG also pays those participating in RED.
