Over her 20-year career with NRG, Marlena Fox has nearly done it all. She’s worked in power pricing, legal, IT, and customer service before moving into account work for North American power and gas. This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of various business functions and enabled her to collaborate with confidence across multiple departments, contributing to overall organizational success. She focuses on finding solutions to optimize energy usage and reduce expenses and is committed to tailoring strategies and products to alleviate financial burdens for her customers in a dynamic and evolving industry. Originally from Geneva, OH, Marlena holds a degree in accounting from Washington & Jefferson College, and resides in Pittsburgh, PA. A novice woodworker, she enjoys hiking in Alaska, all the Pittsburgh sports teams, and the “Expeditionary Force” book series by Craig Alanson.
