Lisa Soto has spent over 23 years in the energy space. She began with Reliant as a small business analyst, worked in campaign pricing, and learned the ERCOT market as she worked her way up the ladder with the company as it evolved through industry change and acquisitions. In her current role, Soto, as she prefers to be called, manages the largest and most complex energy transactions that NRG offers for widely recognized brands and companies. She loves the adrenaline rush of landing these high profile multi-faceted deals and forging relationships with customers based on her deep industry knowledge and experience. Born in Guam, Soto eventually settled in Texas, where she has lived for 25 years, raising her kids, Chenelle, Nate, and Aydan, and spending time with granddaughters, Gracie and Gabby. She loves all sorts of sports, cooking Italian, Mexican, and Guamanian cuisine, and hanging out with her husband, Jesse, and her dogs, Leo, San, and Lucia.
