Laina brings a Bachelor of Science in psychology and an extensive background in the energy sector to her role as an Account Executive with NRG. In the past, she worked with Amerex Energy, Choice! Energy and Gexa Energy in positions ranging from director of pricing, to sales, to business development analysis. This broad experience has enabled her to innovate and evolve with the industry and rise to the challenge of meeting the needs and requests of the brokerage firms she supports. Born and raised in Houston, she loves art and relaxes by painting in her spare time. Laina can often be found enjoying a kayaking trip, cheering for the Houston Astros, indulging in some sweets, and enjoying “Seinfeld” reruns with her rescue cat, Mia.
