Dylan Haas has spent his energy working with customers to offer insight and fundamental analysis of energy markets. For New York and New Jersey customers, he offers support and education in understanding the markets and how to hedge, manage risk, and accomplish energy goals within budget. He also uses this skill to run the NRG Early Career Success resource group and offering coaching on good financial habits. This Pennsylvania native turned citizen of the world believes in international outreach and has previously worked in Kenya supporting hydroponic farming initiatives, and in Haiti with a medical mission providing much-needed care for residents. He and his wife, Lauren, enjoy volleyball, hiking, and cooking international cuisines discovered on their world travels.
