Since joining NRG six years ago, Native Houstonian Denise has brought an extensive understanding of ERCOT regional protocols and business needs to her role. When not cheering on her favorite sports teams, enjoying a good tennis game, or spending time with her beloved family, she’s using her Bachelor of Science and Education to advocate for, support, and enlighten the customers in her region.
