Cyndy has been with NRG since 2010, bringing experience in ERCOT and deregulated power markets to the table. In her current role, she is responsible for sales strategy and execution of the West Mid-Market sales channel. Her team helps commercial consumers achieve economic and environmental goals by matching them up to the right energy product for them from NRG’s offerings. Initially, her energy career started with TXU in commercial care and sales support roles which serves as her foundation and growth into the various sales and leadership roles she has held. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, and an M.B.A. Cyndy was born on Beale Air Force base in California, but has lived in Dallas most of her life, where she enjoys planting her garden alongside her children, nurturing fruit bushes and trees, and entertaining the neighbors with the antics of her chickens. She exercises to relax and build routine, frequently listens to fitness and entrepreneurship podcasts, and cheers on the Longhorns with her husband Chris.
