What is Responsive Economic Dispatch?

It’s a way to take control of your energy usage, especially during times of rising demand for power, volatile prices, and extreme weather — any of which can wreak havoc on your energy planning and budget. Responsive Economic Dispatch (RED) can help keep costs under control by turning these challenges into a smarter, more flexible energy strategy that monetizes reductions in your energy consumption.

We offer two RED programs for our customers. Each provides a unique path to a better energy approach.

PLAN HIGHLIGHTS

Fixed Price helps customers manage their energy budgets. Supply and demand may fluctuate, but the rate will remain constant for the length of the contract. 

 

  • Secure a Fixed Price plan term for as short as 3 months or as long as 10 years
  • Avoid market volatility due to a constant rate
  • Free up time for customers to focus on their business' mission instead of managing an energy plan
