Complete this form to be exempted or partially exempted from applicable state taxes, if you meet the qualifications on the State Comptroller’s website. You can email the form to your key client services representative
or to TaxSupport@nrg.com.
IRS W-9 Form
Use this form to set us up as a vendor in your AP system.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR BILLING

If you are billed through NRG and billing options are avaialble for your area, let us know your billing preference. Your key client service representative can help you decide which is the best for you. if you are billed through your utility, there is nothing you need to do to customize
