New Year, New Choices: Lubbock Residents Can Soon Choose Reliant Electricity Plans

LUBBOCK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Today Reliant announced flexible, personalized electricity plans available to Lubbock residents beginning Friday, January 5. As areas of Lubbock transition to the Texas competitive electricity market, homeowners, renters and businesses will be able to choose their retail electricity provider and an electricity plan that best suits their lifestyle and budget.

• Learn and Conserve plan : Customers who sign up for this plan enjoy a fixed-price plan with a 24-month term and receive a $249 Google Nest Learning Thermostat, perfectly complementing Reliant’s energy management tools.
• Clear Flex plan: Customers who want a simple electricity plan with no contract can sign up for this offer.
• Secure plans: These straightforward plans include price protection for the length of the customer’s contract term.
